Coffeyville Community College sponsors the son of an employee in the Kiwanis Buck-Out Challenge at the Inter-State Fair and Rodeo.

CCC sponsored Cayden Lumley, son of CCC employee Amy Lumley. The event brought together mechanical bull riders of all ages from across the area for an evening of competition and community fun. CCC’s Rodeo Team served as event judges. During Lumley's ride he was able to stay on the bull until the very last second. His ride was so close to the eight-second qualifying time that officials had to double-check with the judges to confirm the result.
