Dozens Compete in Kiwanis Buck Out

More than 50 total cowboys and cowgirls took part in the Kiwanis Club Buck Out at the 2025 Inter-State Fair and Rodeo.

There were 52 total riders courtesy of 25 total sponsors for the event, one of four major events the Kiwanis Club puts on each year. The top 10 ride scores advanced to the final round and earned a $15 gift card to either Sonic or El Charro.

All funds raised for the 2025 Buck Out will go back to the Kiwanis Club, to help the organization continue their mission of providing service to the community through volunteer work and charity events. Club President Jana Kastler says the fair is just one of the ways they get involved.

In the finals, the top four riders received a champion buckle. Brody Woody took the top spot with a score of 90, followed by Chandler Pippin in second, Tucker Webb in third, and Britain Colby in fourth.
