Annabelle Lee Perkins, 69, affectionately known as Ann, passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at her home in rural Wann, Oklahoma.
She was born in Parsons, Kansas on December 3, 1956, to Leonard Joseph and Barbara Louise (Mosler) Stewart. Ann spent her early life in the Oswego, Kansas area prior to graduating from Labette County High School in Altamont, Kansas in 1976.
On her 21st birthday, December 3, 1977, she married Roger Perkins and relocated to rural Wann, Oklahoma, where she happily resided for 49 years.
Ann was a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse in the health care sector, specifically serving in various nursing homes until her retirement. Her deep care for others was a testament to her nurturing spirit. However, it was her love for her family that truly defined her. An accomplished seamstress, Annabelle found joy in creating through knitting, crocheting, and sewing, often gifting her handcrafted treasures to her loved ones. Her hobbies were a reflection of her generous heart, as she meticulously wove her love into each stitch.
Ann is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Roger Perkins, her son Tracey (Renae) Perkins, and her daughter Crystal (Jerry) Perkins Lessley. She will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren; Ronni Perkins, Tucker Perkins, and Jerry Wayne Lessley III. She also leaves her sisters Sherry (David) Myers and Rogene Coleman. Annabelle was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Barbara Stewart.
Visitation will be held Friday, July 31, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at David W. Barnes Funeral Home, located at 306 North Cline Road in Coffeyville.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, Wann, Oklahoma, 74083.
