Virgil E. Peck, 86, passed away Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Bartlesville Assisted Living in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

 

Virgil was the father of Senator Virgil Peck, Jr. and Dan Peck both longtime Montgomery County residents.

 

Following Virgil’s wishes cremation has taken place under the direction of David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville. No public service is scheduled at this time.

 

The family suggests memorials in Virgil’s memory to Gideon’s International; contributions may be left with the funeral home or mailed in care of David W. Barnes Funeral Home, 306 North Cline Road, Coffeyville, KS 67337.
