David Eugene Fox, 65, of Coffeyville, Kansas passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center.
David was born on June 30, 1960, in Coffeyville to Robert Eugene Fox and Karleen Sue (Jones) Woollard. He grew up in Coffeyville where he attended local schools and graduated from Field Kindley High School.
He was united in marriage to Kerry Goodman, from their union two children were born, Kelly and Kevin. The couple later divorced.
David met and married Roberta Caron, she had two daughters, Bobbi and Denise. They later divorced but remained friends.
David's hobbies included fishing, beekeeping, being outdoors, and living off the land. He loved his cats and his bees, but most of all he loved the time he spent with his family.
Surviving to cherish his memory are his children, Kelly Fox of Coffeyville, Kevin Fox and wife, Kaitlyn of Vinita, Oklahoma; stepdaughters, Bobbi Hanna and Denise Judd; grandchildren, Tayshawn, Kianna, Isaiah and Noah Brown, Zavion Chavez, Jadyn, Hunter, Kaylor, Bowan and Tatum Fox; brother, Dennis Fox; sister, Gina Rutherford-Schille-Hunt and husband, Corey; nephew, Joshua Knisley and wife, Tanner their boys, Traven and Ryal; niece Ashley Fox along with numerous other extended family members and close friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Eugene Fox; mother, Karleen Sue Woollard; brothers, Mark Fox, Mike Fox, Christopher Woollard and niece, Brittney Fox.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville.
The family will be holding a Celebration of Life Gathering that will take place on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Cedar Bluff Camp for family and friends to come together to share memories and honor David's life.
