Jackie "Jack" Dale Perkins

Jackie "Jack" Dale Perkins, 70, of Wann, Oklahoma passed away Thursday, September 18, 2025, at his home in rural Wann.

He was born December 4, 1954, in Coffeyville, Kansas, to Jackie "Jack" T. and Virginia D. (Roberts) Perkins. Jack grew up and attended school in the Wann area graduating from Wann High School. After high school Jack attended Bartlesville Tech, taking various courses in auto repair and electrical applications.

Jack was well known in his community for his automotive and equipment repair abilities, where his unparalleled skills were highly valued. It was often said that Jack was a wizard at fixing and repairing anything that needed fixing.

In addition to his work, Jack had a keen interest in working on Rat Rod cars, a hobby that perfectly complemented his professional pursuits. Jack is survived by his brothers, Roger (Ann) Perkins of Wann, Oklahoma, Carl (Katherine) Perkins of Hillsdale, Kansas, and Brian Perkins of Hastings, Nebraska. and many other family members. Jack was called Uncle Jack by his nieces and nephews who were the loves of his life. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Virginia Perkins.

A memorial service celebrating Jack's life will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in Wann, Oklahoma with Pastor Jimmy Harrington officiating.
