Cheryl Lynn Allred, 75, of Coffeyville passed away on Monday, March 10, 2025, Ascension St. John Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

 

She was born on November 11, 1949, in Wichita, Kansas to William and Nadine Sulffridge. Cheryl grew up and attended school in Wichita. After graduating high school she attended Cowley County Community College in Arkansas City, Kansas.

 

She married Larry E. "Lance" Allred on June 28, 1968, in Wichita, Kansas. Following their marriage Cheryl and Lance made their home in Wichita until moving to Elk Falls, Kansas in 1984, finally moving to Coffeyville in 2005. They shared many cherished memories and created a beautiful family together. Cheryl was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who cherished spending time with her family above all else.

 

Cheryl was a dedicated homemaker who also had a passion for nutrition, which she enjoyed sharing with her family and friends. Despite her various achievements, what mattered most to Cheryl were her children and grandchildren, whom she loved deeply and unconditionally.

 

She is survived by her husband, Larry "Lance" Allred; her children, Dax Allred, Darian (B.G.) Law, Tiara Allred, and Kord (Kate) Allred; her grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Erica Ashley, Wayne (Barbara) Sulffridge, Gale (Bob) Dohn, Debra Bishop, Brenda (Les Byler) Anderson, and John (Crystal) Sulffridge. Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, William and Nadine, and her sister, Kathy Sulffridge.

 

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, March 17, 2025, at Grace Fellowship, 2455 Woodland Ave., in Coffeyville with Pastor Doug Mund officiating. A graveside service will be on Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, 1806 North Oliver, in Wichita, Kansas.
