Marquise Tyrell McDaniel

Marquise Tyrell McDaniel age 23, was born in Wichita, KS May 13, 2001 at Wesley Medical Center to Patricia L Marshall (Mayfield) and Charles D McDaniel.

 

He grew up in Coffeyville, KS and attended local schools including Community Elementary, Roosvelt Middle School, South Coffeyville Public School, and graduating from Field Kindley High School in May of 2019. During these years of school he enjoyed playing basketball,

 football, baseball and MMA fighting.

 

Thorough the years Marquise worked for several companies including Acme Foundry, Cobalt Boats, KFC and more recently Marquise was a self-employed entrepreneur. Marquise enjoyed spending time with family and friends. His hobbies included cooking, BBQ, he enjoyed

 time at the lake, traveling, and he LOVED making his own music, writing music and doing his music shows.

 

Surviving to cherish his memory his mother Patricia L Marshall (Mayfield) Charls Mayfield of Coffeyville, KS, step-mother Megan Maggard of Coffeyville, KS, his children Kahari McDaniel and Kalillyanah of Coffeyville, KS, his siblings Faith McDaniel, Dedrick

 McDaniel, Rayesa McDaniel, Dante White of Coffeyville, KS, aunt Loretta Clines, uncle David Clines, of Coffeyville, KS, who helped raise him throughout his childhood and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

 

Marquise was preceded in death by his grandmothers Vada B Marshall and Donna Renolds, his father Charles D McDaniel and a sister PaTrayah Johnson.

 

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at 1:00pm at the First Assembly of God in Coffeyville, KS, committal services will immediately follow at the Veterans Memorial Patio at Fairview Cemetery. Friends are invited to greet the family

 and sign the register on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 from 5:00 to 7:00pm at David W. Barnes Funeral Home 306 N Cline Road, Coffeyville, KS 67337. The family suggests memorials be made payable to David W. Barnes Funeral Home to help in their time of grief.
