Patty Wadkins, 53, of Coffeyville, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at her home.

 

She was born on August 3, 1970, the daughter of Dallas D. and Blanche Maxine (Giager) Wadkins.  Patty grew up and attended school in Coffeyville graduating from Field Kindley High School and attended Coffeyville Community College and Tri-County Tech in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

 

Patty was employed at Windsor Place in Coffeyville for 24 years, and later worked at Wal-Mart in Independence.

 

She was a member of Coffeyville First Church of the Nazarene.

 

Survivors include her sister Ramona Montague of South Coffeyville, Oklahoma; two brothers Steve Wadkins and wife Julia of Raymore, Missouri, and Darin Wadkins and wife Tina of Seneca, Missouri, several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

 

Cremation has taken place under the direction of David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville.

 

The family is planning a memorial service celebrating Patty’s life at a later date.
