Rosalinda Burns

Rosalinda Burns was born in Coffeyville, Kansas on November 25, 1958 to Peter Troy Fullard and Lessie Mae Fullard. She was the youngest of 10 siblings. She graduated from Field Kindley High School. She attended classes at CCC.

 

Rosalinda “Linda” was a very hard worker. Throughout the years she worked at Med Source, Home Health agencies. She was an employee of Coffeyville Regional Medical Center for 8 years. She then spent her last 13 years working at Windsor Place until her health caused her to retire. Linda’s hobbies included spending time with her family, playing bingo and pulling lottery tickets. She had special nick names for family and friends.

 

Linda Burns passed away on December 23, 2021 at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center. After a long battle with heart disease. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Joe Lee Burns, her daughter Meco Fullard, (Leroy Gunter, Coffeyville, her son Peter Fullard of Coffeyville, grandson Antwon McPherson Jr. of Pittsburg, Ks. 3 brothers, Robert Johnson (wife Marie), Lester Fullard (wife Anitris), Arnold Fullard (Heather Jones). 2 sisters Nell Grant (husband Albert), Betty Jackson (husband David) and a host of nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

 

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, fours brothers, James Fullard, Henry Fullard, Frank Fullard and Ronald Fullard.

 

Linda loved with her whole heart, so for now it’s time to “Check you Later!”.

 

Home going services will be held on Friday, January 7, 2022 at Sardis Baptist Church at 1:00pm. Burial will immediately follow at Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday January 6, 2022 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel.
