Some people only dream of angels; we held one in our arms.

Ricky Floyd Cooley, beloved infant son of Cody Cooley and Rebekah Adel went to be with our Lord on Thursday September 30, 2021. Despite his short time on earth he was loved deeply and brought immense joy to everyone he touched.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Aryana, Tuff and Jeslyn Cooley; paternal grandparents, Ronald and Sandra Henry, Randy (Floyd) and Diane Yeubanks; maternal grandparents, Steve and Evonne Adel; many aunts, uncles and a host of cousins, family and friends.

Ricky was preceded in death by a maternal grandmother and his uncle and namesake Ricky Adel.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 pm on Wednesday October 6, 2021 at Dearing Christian Church 302 Independence Ave. Dearing, KS. Following the parents’ wishes, the burial will be held privately.  They wish to keep this between the two of them and ask that family and friends please respect this decision during this difficult time.
