Cedar Vale/Dexter High School softball is still alive. In yesterday’s state quarterfinal, the Lady Spartans were victorious 7-3 over Central Heights in Emporia.

Cedar Vale/Dexter is the #1 seed in the 2-1A State Tournament. They will play in the state semifinal tomorrow at 11 a.m. against St. Mary’s Colgan. The game will be played in Lawrence, at KU’s softball field.
