The Red Ravens successfully defended home court on Saturday afternoon, earning a doubleheader sweep of Garden City in a pair of crucial games.

 

The Lady Ravens rattled off their fifth straight win, beating the Broncbusters 76-63. Karliey Parker had a career-high 22 points in the win, while Aubrey Hishaw posted a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds.

 

The men bounced back from Thursday's tough loss, grabbing a hard-fought 90-82 win over Garden. Rashid Kuta had 21 points and nine rebounds, on a perfect 10-10 shooting. Jack Sorrell finished with 18, and Daniel Ntambwe had 13 for the Ravens.

 

At the halfway point of conference play, the Lady Ravens sit in third place with a 9-3 league record, while the men are in fourth place with a 7-5 conference record. It's rivalry week for the Ravens, who travel to Butler on Wednesday, and Independence on Saturday.
