The Caney Valley Bullpups went on the road and came away with a doubleheader sweep last night; the Lady Bullpups defeated the West Elk Lady Patriots 63-40, while the boys won 75-47.

 

 Molleigh Kaminska and Ameris King-Dunn led Caney with 16 points apiece and Elyn Washburn added 13 for the Lady Bullpups, who improved to 7-1 on the season.

 

 For the boys, Layne Denny led Caney with 17 points and Payton Darden added 16 points, while Lowery Bruce added nine off the bench. The Bullpups improve to 6-2 on the season.

 

 The Bullpups will play a rare home game this season, as the Riverton Rams come to town Friday night. Both games can be heard on U-S 98.
