The Red Raven football season has reached the conclusion, and one key piece of the 2025 is reflecting on his season in Coffeyville.
Quarterback Mac Armstrong had a redshirt freshman season to remember, throwing for 2,000 yards and 20 total touchdowns, with only one turnover, leading the Ravens to seven wins and a Top 10 national ranking. He says he grew up a lot in his time in Coffeyville.
Armstrong spent two seasons at the JUCO level, and is currently evaluating options at the FCS and Division 2 level. He says the JUCO experience is something that cannot be replicated.
When Armstrong arrived on campus, he was the seventh quarterback on the roster, and a long shot to get playing time. He says the belief the coaching staff put in him means the world.
Armstrong was named the 2025 KJCCC Co-Offensive Player of the Year last week, and was a 1st-Team All-Conference selection.
