High School champions will be crowned this weekend across the state of Kansas, with the state title game set for each of the nine classes.

 

Class 6A features a matchup of a pair of 4-seeds, with Olathe Northwest battling Manhattan in Emporia.

 

The 5A state championship will showcase the top seed in the East in Basehor-Linwood, against the 2-seed in the West in Salina Central.

 

4A will have the West's top seed Kapaun Mt. Carmel trying to de-throne the Stags of Bishop Miege. It's a battle of one seeds for the 2A title, with Nemaha Central taking on Southeast of Saline.

 

The top two ranked teams in the state will face off for the 3A championship, with Andale taking on Topeka-Hayden.

 

For the 1A championship, Rossville will face off with undefeated Sterling. The 6-man championship features Cunningham against Weskan.

 

In 8-man, Lincoln battles South Central for the Division 1 championship, while Hanover will face Victoria for the Division 2 title.
