Red Raven men's basketball is searching for their first conference win of the new season, hosting the Independence Pirates tomorrow afternoon at Nellis Hall.

 

For the second straight game, CCC is facing a team that averages over 90 points per game. Head Coach Jay Herkelman says although they play a little different than Butler, Independence is another high-level offense.

 

Coffeyville struggled with the Butler press on Wednesday, committing 31 turnovers and converting just four 3-point shots in a 98-75 loss. Herkelman says he's confident his team will respond from the struggles.
