Red Raven men's basketball hits the road for the first time this season, playing in a weekend showcase at Indian Hills Community college.

 

The Ravens are 2-0 to start the season, after surviving a scare from Fort Scott in an 81-75 win on Tuesday night. Head Coach Jay Herkelman says the team learned a lot of valuable lessons late in the Fort Scott game.

 

CCC opens the weekend with their first ranked matchup of the season, against No. 20 John A. Logan tomorrow night, before facing Malcolm X on Saturday afternoon. Herkelman says this weekend will provide a great challenge for the team to grow and compete.

 

The Red Raven men return to Nellis Hall next Saturday, when they host the Norsemen of NEO.
