The Lady Ravens return to the court tonight to battle Labette County, looking for a 2-0 start to the new season.
Coffeyville is 1-0 after a 91-32 win over Bethany JV, while Labette is 0-1, losing to Seminole State 78-68 on Saturday.
Head Coach Tony Turner says the Cardinals will be a good challenge for his group.
Coffeyville has one of the more experienced rosters in the KJCCC, adding a trio of transfer forwards along with three returners on the team. Turner says that has led to a quicker feeling of chemistry with the team.
Coverage of Coffeyville and Labette County begins tonight at 5 p.m. CT with tip off at 5:30 on US 98 and the Red Raven Sports Network.
