Independence High School returns home after a four game road trip as the get set to take on SEK League rival Labette County.
The Bulldogs are coming off a 54-14 loss to 5-1 Eudora. Head Coach Kendall Fiscus says they were able to jump out to a lead and hold onto it after the first quarter. The Grizzlies come into Independence at 5-1 and second in the 4A East Standings behind Eudora. Coach Fiscus says when it comes to Labette it's all about slowing down their run game.
With two games left in the regular season, the Bulldogs are sitting as the 10th seed in the 4A West Standings.
