The Cherryvale Chargers look to stop a brief two-game losing streak, traveling to Galena to take on the Bulldogs.
Cherryvale is 2-3 on the season, while Galena is 3-2 on the year. Both teams are coming off of shutout losses, with the Chargers dropping a game to Caney, and Galena falling to Riverton.
Head Coach Harry Hester says his team is focusing on the little things for this matchup.
Cherryvale controls their own destiny for a potential playoff spot, with three games remaining, including two district games with Galena and Fredonia. Hester says the program is in position to accomplish some special things.
Cherryvale and Galena kick off tonight at 7 p.m. CT.
