Chiefs Fall to Jags on Late Score

 

Kansas City could not hold on to an early two-score lead in Jacksonville, losing a nailbiter to the Jaguars 31-28 on Monday night football.

 

KC falls to 2-3 on the season, while the Jaguars improve to 4-1 to start the 2024 campaign. Kansas City won 11 one-score games last season, the most in a single season in league history, but already have three one-score losses this season.

 

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes says it's a tough feeling after another closs loss.

 

The Chiefs have had glimpses of looking like one of the league's elite team, but have struggled to this point to build momentum from week to week. Mahomes says the time is now to figure it out.

 

Kansas City will battle the Detroit Lions on Sunday night at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.
