The Caney Valley Bullpups faced a tough Christ Prep team last night, as the Patriots handed the Pups their 1st loss of the season 41-8.

 Behind the crisp passing of Justice Criniere to receiver Jackson McGregor, impact running plays by Timothy Edwards, and two field goals by Archie Esh, the Patriots lead from start to finish. 

 After a long run by Traxcyn Garton, the Pups got on the board late in the 1st half with a touchdown pass from Layne Denny to Drake Roberds. Christ Prep led 24-8 at half.

 Christ Prep improves to 5-0 on the season, while Caney falls to 3-1.

 Caney travels to Cherryvale Friday to take on the Chargers. It will be homecoming night at Cherryvale.
