Red Raven football is once again one of the top-20 ranked teams in the nation, following a road win over previously No. 4 Garden City in their conference opener.
Coffeyville is one of four KJCCC teams in the rankings this week, slotting in at No. 17 with a 1-1 record on the season. Hutchinson remains the No. 1 team in the nation at 3-0, while Garden City drops to No. 8, and Butler enters the top 10 at No. 9.
Additionally, a pair of Iowa schools on the Raven schedule are ranked in the Top-10, with Iowa Western at No. 2 and Iowa Central at No. 10.
There are three games in the Jayhawk conference this weekend, with Garden City traveling to Ellsworth, Highland traveling to Dodge City, and Coffeyville hosting Butler.
