Neodesha Looks for 2-0 Start

Neodesha football will be looking to build off of the momentum from a convincing Week 1 win, and use it to begin the season 2-0 tomorrow night.

The Blue Streaks defeated the Cherryvale Chargers, 33-6, in the season opener last week, with the offense and defense both putting strong perfomances together. The team remains at home this week, welcoming the Bluestem Lions to town in a Tri-Valley League matchup.

Blue Streaks Head Coach Nathan West says the team has to prepare for another tough battle this week.

Neodesha has four of their next five games away from home following this week. West says it's important to take care of business at home.

Neodesha and Bluestem kick off at 7 p.m. CT tomorrow night.
