Red Raven football kicks off their regular season tomorrow afternoon, with the Cisco Wranglers of the Texas League coming to town for a 2024 rematch.

 

The two teams squared off in Texas last fall, with the Ravens earning a 37-19 win. Cisco, however, rallied from the loss to win three straight games after the Coffeyville defeat, including a win over then No. 5 Kilgore.

 

CCC Head Coach Nick Dobler says the Wranglers have developed a lot since last year's matchup.

 

Coffeyville is one of three KJCCC teams that haven't played a game yet this season, along with Hutchinson and Garden City. Dobler says it's important to start the campaign with positive momentum.
