The Jayhawk conference has strong representation on the JCGridiron Players to Watch List, with nine different defensive tackles a part of the rankings.

 

Defending national champion Hutchinson has three players on the list in TaVeon Robinson, Jeffrey Manns, and K.J. Henson. The trio all received playing time last year, and combined for 69 tackles, 14 tackles for loss, and nine sacks.

 

Garden City features a D1 bounceback in Keon Webb, as well as a D1 bounceback from Penn State in T.A. Cunningham. Dodge City also has a pair of players on the list, in redshirt freshman A.J. Vaughns and returner Jowhar Franklin.

 

The Red Ravens have one player on the list in freshman Jamaris Johnson, a West Alabama transfer with impressive quickness and agility. Other Raven defensive tackles to watch out for are returner Daniel Vann, Bowie State transfer Tyrek Matthews, and Oklahoma State bounceback Jaedon Foreman-Felix.
