One of the most accomplished Kansas State women's basketball players in school history is now suiting up for Team USA.
Serena Sundell is one of six players who are in Punta Arenas, Chile, until July 27th, playing at the International Basketball Federation 3x3 Youth Nations League Americas tournament.
The week-long event features daily pool play and eventual championship rounds, with the standings resetting at the beginning of each day.
Sundell was a 2025 WNBA Draft pick by the Seattle Storm, but was waived earlier this summer. She finished her Wildcat career as the program's all-time leader in assists, starts, and games played. She ranks sixth in school history in scoring, and is the only KSU player ever to record 500 points and 200 assists in a single season.
