An additional Southeast Kansas high school football program with playoff hopes and expectations now knows the path they'll take in 2025.

 

West Elk is looking to continue an extended window of success, having won at least eight games each of the past four seasons.

 

The Patriots open the season on the road against Argonia/Attica, before hosting Oxford on September 12th in Week 2. Road trips to Udall in Week 3, Cedarvale/Dexter in Week 5, and Central Burden in Week 8 mark the games away from Howard.

 

Home games include Oswego on September 26th, Homecoming against Sedan on October 10th, and Senior Night with Northeast Arma on October 17th.

 

West Elk will be under new leadership in 2025, with Ian Denton taking over as head coach following the retirement of Chris Haag.
