College football season is just around the corner, and the Big 12 conference is holding the annual Media Days next week in Frisco, Texas.

 

Head coaches from all 16 teams in the conference will speak during the event, as well as selected player captains representing each respective program.

 

Along with Lance Leipold, the Jayhawks will be sending senior quarterback Jalon Daniels, senior center Bryce Foster, senior defensive tackle D.J. Withers, and senior defensive end Dean Miller.

 

Representing the Kansas State Wildcats will be Head Coach Chris Klieman, as well as junior quarterback Avery Johnson, senior safety VJ Payne, senior offensive lineman Taylor Poitier, senior linebacker Desmond Purnell, and senior defensive end Cody Stufflebean.

 

Big 12 Media Days take place on July 8th and 9th at the Dallas Cowboys' global headquarters, with full broadcast on ESPN+, and select portions on ESPN2.
