Field Kindley girls basketball promotes their assistant coach to take over the head coaching duties. New Head Coach Will Owens says taking over the program, he plans to continue what former Head Coach Tyler Coots started.

Coach Owens takes over for Coach Coots, who is taking a job in administration. The Lady Nado in two seasons under Coach Coots finished 23-19, including a 14-7 finish, their best in a decade. Coach Owens says he knows there is pressure to continue that success.
