Chiefs Prepare for NFL Draft

The NFL Draft gets underway tomorrow night in Green Bay, and many teams including the Chiefs are looking to add depth and new talent to the active rosters.

Kansas City will pick No. 31 overall in the first round on Thursday night, with the Tennessee Titans holding the first overall pick. The Chiefs will be looking to add depth on both the offensive and defensive lines, as well as help in the secondary room.

WHIO Dayton Sports Reporter Parker Testa says he has a player in mind that would fit well in KC.

Another major storyline for this year's draft is that of Heisman trophy winnner Travis Hunter, who is looking to become the first player to regularly play both offense and defense in the league since Deion Sanders. Testa says Hunter is one of the most exciting talents available.

Coverage of the 2025 NFL Draft begins tomorrow night at 7 p.m. CT on ESPN.
