Red Raven baseball begins a busy weekend this afternoon, playing four games in two days against the Neosho County Panthers.
CCC has won six of their pas seven games, winning a series against Labette County, before a hard fought victory over Butler on Tuesday. Head Coach Jake Martin says the team has been able to step up when it matters most.
Coffeyville has seen more production from the bottom half of the lineup, leading to one of the deepest hitting teams in the KJCCC. Martin says he still thinks his guys can unlock even more.
The Red Ravens currently sit third in the KJCCC East, and can lock up a home playoff series if they finish in the top four. Martin says the team needs to continue to do things the Coffeyville way.
Today's doubleheader begins at 1 p.m. CT and can be streamed on the Red Raven Sports Network.
