Fall sports season may still be months away, but the Red Raven volleyball program is hard at work, looking to take a leap forward next season.

 

Head Coach Kandi Midgett enters her second season as head coach, following a 9-25 initial campaign that saw impressive wins over Fort Scott, Independence, and Hesston. A combination of inexperience and lack of size in the middle led to inconsistency for the team in the landscape of the season.

 

Midgett says she targeted specific traits when recruiting future Ravens.

 

One of the major commits from this year's recruiting class is Neodesha's Prayer Roebuck, who is an all-state caliber volleyball and basketball player, and will be playing both sports for the Red Ravens. Midgett says she's excited to get Roebuck on campus.

 

Coffeyville will open the 2025 season with a non-conference tournament in Texas, with the full schedule to be released later this summer.
