Area rain showers have postponed one of the best rivalries in Southeast Kansas, as Neodesha and Fredonia will have to wait a little longer to determine who has bragging rights.
Both baseball and softball games scheduled for tonight have been postponed due to rain in the area, with makeup dates and location to be determined at a later time.
The games were originally moved to Neodesha yesterday, but field conditions became too poor to play.
Fredonia is 1-3 on the young season, and will travel to Neodesha on Monday, while the Bluestreaks are 2-2. On the softball field, the Yellow Jackets are 2-2, while the Blue Streaks are 0-4.
