Pittsburg State continues to add memories to one of the best seasons in program history, with a senior student athlete accomplishing a historic feat.
Guard Grace Pyle earned NCAA Division II All-American honors from the Women's Basketball Coaches Association.
Pyle was named honorable mention All-America, after receiving first-team All-MIAA honors for the second consecutive season. She becomes the first All-American for the program since Mikaela Burgess in 2017-18, and just the tenth in school history.
Pyle says it's a collective award for the entire roster.
Pyle ranks top-10 in school history in scoring, three-pointers made, and assists. Grace and the Gorillas play in the Final Four against Grand Valley State tomorrow night.
