The NCAA Tournament is underway across Division 1 college basketball, and one state's governor is not happy about how the bracket was made.
West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey gave a heated statement earlier this week, after the decision to leave the Moutaineers out of the tournament despite a 19-13 record, and more Quad 1 victories than fellow contender North Carolina.
Morrisey says the committee has a major problem pertaining to bias.
The committee revealed that a major reason WVU did not qualify for the tournament was the major injury to star guard Tucker DeVries. Morrisey says none of this makes any sense.
UNC received the final spot in the tournament pool, and defeated San Diego State in the First Four last night.
