Chiefs Sign OL From 49ers

After massive struggles at the left tackle position last season, the Kansas City Chiefs have invested in a young talent that they hope can be the solution.

Kansas City agreed to a two year, $30 million deal with Jaylon Moore, who has played four NFL seasons with the San Francisco 49ers, mostly in a reserve role.

Moore has appeared in 55 games in the league, starting 12, and was a fifth-round pick in the 2021 NFL draft out of Western Michigan. Despite the lack of true starting experience, Moore brings impressive size, athleticism, and instincts, and was impressive in spurts during his first four seasons.

Kansas City cycled through Kingsley Suamataia, Wanya Morris, D.J. Humphries, and Joe Thuney throughout last season, with Thuney being traded to the Chicago Bears earlier this offseason.
