For the second time in three seasons, Tony Turner has led the Lady Ravens to the Region VI championship game.

 

Coffeyville defeated Hutchinson 45-42 in the semifinals, holding the Blue Dragons to just 31% shooting in a strong defensive performance.

 

Karys Washington continued her high level play on both ends, with key plays from Karliey Parker, Norika Welch, and Alexis Parker as well. Aubrey Hishaw returned from injury to contribute as well.

 

The Lady Ravens will play top seed Dodge City this afternoon in the title game. The two teams split the regular season series, with Coffeyville winning 63-60 in January, before Dodge won 74-50 earlier this month.
