Three Independence Community College Fortnite teams finish in the top 25 of the national championship tournament.
Saturday, three ICC Fortnite teams competed in the Playfly Fortnite National Championship against top colleges and universities from across the nation, including the University of Akron, Winthrop University, Villanova University, University of Houston and Iona University. The team of Tucker Gregory and Isaiah Pollard led the way for ICC finishing 19th. The teams of Tyson Martinez and Logan Holmes and James Linck and Ca-marion Bush finished 24th and 25th, respectively.
The ICC Call of Duty Team went 3-0 against Sacramento State and the Smash Ultimate player, Nicholas Toubeaux, started the season 3-0 with wins over Northern Arkansas.
