The regular season has come to an end in the KJCCC, and the 12 qualifying teams will chase a Region VI championship.

 

Cowley is the regular season champions, following a 26-4 record and 21-3 conference mark, and will be the top overall seed in the tournament. No. 2 seed Coffeyville, No. 3 seed Barton, and No. 4 seed Hutchinson all receive first round byes as well.

 

The first round matchups will showcase 5-seed Butler hosting 12-seed Pratt, 9-seed Dodge City traveling to 8-seed Fort Hays Tech NW, 6-seed Colby hosting 11-seed Cloud County, and 10-seed Independence traveling to 7-seed Garden City.

 

The opening round begins Saturday, with the top four seeds hosting quarterfinal games on Tuesday night. The semifinals and championship games will take plays at Fort Hays State University next Friday and Saturday.
