The Independence Community College Esports team is making waves, with impressive performances in Call of Duty and Fortnite.
The ICC Call of Duty team continues their success in the Collegiate Call of Duty League, currently holding a 7-2 record and coming off a win against the University of Texas San Antonio. The team is also undefeated in the Playfly league. Their win over Arizona State University moves ICC into a tie for 2nd place in the league.
In Fortnite, three teams qualified for the Playfly Fortnite National Championship this Saturday. All three teams are currently ranked in the top 25 for collegiate Fortnite. ICC Esports Director Zachary Spraldin says he is incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication the Call of Duty and Fortnite teams have shown this season. He says their success is a testament to their teamwork, strategic thinking, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
