Field Kindley basketball wraps up the season tomorrow taking on Labette County. Both teams are looking for their 14th wins of the season, and even with one game left, there's still plenty to be decided.
A win for the Lady Nado or a Baldwin loss would lock up a home game for their first game of sub-state. A loss and a Baldwin win would drop them to the nine seed and make them go on the road for their first sub-state game. While the location is still up for grabs the opponent has been decided. The Lady Nado will face Baldwin, who eliminated them last season.
The Nado boys have locked up a home game for their first sub-state game, but the opponent is still up in the air. A loss and an Atchinson win would move the Nado down to the six seed but a win and an Atchinson loss keeps them as the five seed. As of right now, the Nado would face Paola in their first game of sub-state with a potential rematch with Chanute for the Sub-State Championship.
The Lady Nado tip-off at 6:00pm with the boys to follow on Sonshine 98.9 KQQF. For their sub-state matchups, the Nado boys will play on Tuesday and the Lady Nado play on Wednesday.
