The Kansas State Wildcats saw their winning streak come to an end in Provo, falling to the BYU Cougars 80-65 over the weekend.
The Wildcats scored a season low 22 points in the first half, and trailed by 18 heading into the locker room. KSU was able to get the deficit down to five in the second half, but BYU built the lead back up to double digits and never looked back.
Dug McDaniel led the Wildcats with 22 points, and Brendan Hausen finished with 12 points as well.
Head Coach Jerome Tang says the team will need to have a short memory to get ready for Utah tonight.
Coverage of KSU-Utah begins tonight at 7 p.m. CT on the Mighty 690, KGGF.
