KGGF heads to Wilson County for the High School Basketball Game of the Week, as the Fredonia Yellow Jackets host the Cherryvale Chargers tomorrow night.

 

The Chargers are navigating a season with a new head coach and plenty of underclassmen learning the varisty level, resulting in a 3-11 record thus far. The team has improved dramatically on the defensive end in the past month.

 

Head Coach Scott John says that improved defense will need to show up tomorrow night.

 

Fredonia is 9-4 on the season, looking to bounce back from a loss to Neodesha, and keep their hopes alive for a Tri-Valley League championship.
