An important milestone will be celebrated during the Red Raven doubleheader with Hutchinson tomorrow night.

 

Men's head coach Jay Herkelman will coach his 1000th game at CCC, reaching the milestone in his 30th season with the program. Athletic Director Bryce Saia says his friendship with Herkelman started early.

 

Herkelman enters the night with 760 career wins in his CCC career. He says he's proud of the success the Red Ravens have been able to experience.

 

The Ravens battle the Blue Dragons, who are led by Herkelman's former assistant Kyle Fisher, who now serves as the Huchinson head coach. Herkelman says it's truly special to have Fisher in attendance.
