The Chanute boys basketball team makes program history, winning the Ralph Miller Classic for the first time since 2006.

 

The Blue Comets won games over Field Kindley, Sunrise Christian Academy, and Haysville Campus to claim the tournament championship.

 

Chanute is off to an outstanding start to the season, sitting at 9-2 on the season with an unbeaten record in league play to this point. The team will be battle tested in the coming weeks, with five of their final seven league games on the road.

 

The team battles Trinity Academy tonight before resuming league play with Parsons on Friday night.
