Chiefs Host Texans in Divisional

The Kansas City Chiefs begin their quest for a third straight Super Bowl championship when they host the Houston Texans in the Divisional Round.

This is the first matchup between the two franchises in the playoffs since 2020, when Patrick Mahomes outdueled Deshaun Watson in a shootout, before Kansas City won their first of three Super Bowls in the Mahomes era.

This time around, Houston brings quarterback CJ Stroud, along with weapons Joe Mixon and Nico Collins, to attempt to spoil the 15-2 regular season of KC.

Kansas City will be starting Joe Thuney at left tackle for the game, a traditional guard who moved outside to help with the struggles at the position.

Coverage of Chiefs-Texans begins tomorrow afternoon at 2 p.m. CT on the Mighty 690, KGGF.
