The West Elk Patriots are looking to learn from some early season defeats, and play their best basketball with the postseason around the corner.

 

The team earned a league win over the Spartans of Cedarvale/Dexter, but still sit below .500 with four losses by six points or less.

 

Head Coach Dave Miller says crunch time execution is vital for the team's success.

 

Miller has led the Patriots basketball program for many years. He says being a part of the development of young athletes is priceless for him.
