The Kansas City Chiefs will be sending out a new quarterback this weekend.

 

Carson Wentz will get the start for Kansas City when they close the regular season against the Denver Broncos. Patrick Mahomes, along with numerous starters on each side of the ball, will be rested for the playoffs with the top seed in the AFC already clinched.

 

Wentz says he's preparing for this game just like any other.

 

Denver needs a win to clinch a playoff spot, while Miami and Cincinnati could sneak into the playoffs if Kansas City were to win. The Broncos are currently two-score favorites for the game Sunday afternoon.
